Terms and Conditions
To ensure personal growth is as safe, productive, and fulfilling as possible, we have terms and conditions that we require all parents/caregivers/learners to read, and agree to, prior to their first session.
1.1 Payment Policy
Pay-As-You-Go is no longer offered at Amber’s Tutelage, instead, PayPal is offered on the emailed involce for Pay Later, in 4 payments.
Everyone is expected to pay upfront for all sessions by close of business on the Wednesday of the week prior to the first scheduled session, or by another nominated date (at the discretion of the business principal).
1.2 Rescheduling Policy
Amber’s Tutelage requires a minimum of 24-hours’ notice for a notification that sessions are to be rescheduled. You will forfeit the full cost of any session with less than 24-hours’ notice or a missed session without notice.
NOTE: This policy is required because the tutor /Teacher Assistant will still need to be paid as they have been rostered to attend specifically to support your learner.
Where a contract has been signed and the contract is asked to be cancelled, prior to its commencement date outlined on the date range, payment of three (3) full weeks of sessions, outlined on the contract is due with no discounted rate offered.
1.3 Refund Policy
At Amber’s Tutelage, we maintain a strict no refunds policy for all tuition payments, regardless of the circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to, accidental payments, changes in personal circumstances, rescheduled sessions, and dissatisfaction with the course content. By enrolling in our programs, learners acknowledge and accept that all fees are non-refundable. This policy ensures that we can continue to provide high-quality educational services and maintain the necessary resources to support learners effectively.
Where a request for cancellation is made (within 24 hours prior to a scheduled session), for any reason, e.g. a client fails to attend, client changes their mind, etc. Amber’s Tutelage does not provide refunds.
1.4 Drop Off and Pick Up
If the learner is continuously not collected within 5 minutes, you will incur a late-pick-up fee at a flat rate for each hour the learner is waiting for pick up.
The late-pick-up fee of $25/hour (minimum of 1 hour) is charged at the beginning of the hour.
1.5 Loaned Resources
Amber’s Tutelage loans resources to learners for the purpose of completing home tasks, e.g. books, games, mathematical apparatus, flash cards, etc.
Any resources that are damaged or not returned will incur a charge for the full cost of a replacement, including postage where applicable.

These images are protected under Australian Federal Law (Australian Privacy Principles) and Amber’s Tutelage will only use these images for professional development and training, communication or promotional purposes.
NOTE: Photos or videos used for promotional purposes that can identify learners (with face from the front) will only be released with explicit permission from the parent/caregiver.
